You Are What You Eat

For all the junk food lovers, use this chart as a reminder to make better choices that serve your body better!

As students, parents, young professionals and foodies on the go sometimes we don't always have the time to properly plan our meals but a little effort goes a long way. Cut out an unhealthy snack here, use less sugar there, pick a healthier alternative in between and its those small changes that make the difference along the way. For myself I've started replacing sugary beverages with water, it takes some getting used to but healthier food habits start small and go a long way.
