New Favourite Artist Alert

I came across the artwork of Sara Golish while looking for new artwork for my dining room and her work is flawless and absolutely realistic. What caught my eye is the level of realism in her work so much so that most of the work actually looks like printed photographs, Sara is also Canadian and based in Toronto. Her artwork has an afrofuturism focus and is done so beautifully. Check out her work below & don't forget to comment your favourites.

Pink Bathroom for Spring!

I've always loved the idea of having a really girly bathroom (in addition to have a regular one of course) and since I moved last year I decided that I would finally have my pink bathroom. Other than purchasing a few wall art, rugs and a matching Paris-couture vanity shower curtain I haven't done much. My bathroom makeover will be my spring decor project. I'll add a splash of colour I'm thinking something blush pink I'm going to stay away from the bold magenta-fuchsia type pinks for the guys sake, But I'd definitely be changing my mirrors and adding some new lighting. I haven't taken any flicks to show where I'm starting from but I'll do an update post next week to show the process. These are the inspirations below, what colour related decor ideas do you have  for the new season?

Thursdays Are For Nails

For years I literally only did white nail polish on both my hands and feet it really wasn't until the last lil bit Ive been doing a splash of colour here and there, for me I don't need or have to go to a salon because I'm pretty pro at self manicures. Its more of the pampering feeling of treating myself and a time to relax and catch up with my awesome nail tech Tamara (of Kara Nail N Spa in Toronto).
